# Security

Security is an important aspect of any Web3 protocol. According to [Rekt](https://rekt.news/leaderboard/), many bridges have been hacked over the years.

The Dymensify team have been security-conscious since Day 1. This is apparent in the protocol logic, the fraud-proof nature of the protocol, and the security it inherits from Dymension.

To tighten the bridge's security and ensure there is no loophole, the team plans to get the protocol vigorously audited by March 2024.

In addition, a multi-sig structure will be implemented to strengthen the security of the protocol further.
